Dear all,
I saw that one of the ut services called utrcmd was not running so I
started it. The service was then placed into maintenance mode :(
The apache error_log says this:

After logging in I try and enable/create a multihead policy via:
Admin
Policy: Multihead fature enabled : Yes.
--> Apply.
Next I receive this error message:
Internal Server Error
