A reboot is required.  SRSS does a number of one-time setup things
during a reboot.  It'd be great to get away from this requirement
but for now it's mandatory.  (Going to single-user then back to
multi-user should be all that's needed but it's much easier to
just tell people to reboot.)

If you're still stuck at 14D after you've rebooted then I'd start
by making sure that the SRSS auth daemon is running.  Your DHCP
setup is probably OK, you wouldn't be getting as far as 14D without
DHCP.  However, you should verify that the IP address at the bottom
of the Sun Ray's progress icon is the server's IP address.  If it's
trying to talk to the wrong server IP then it's never going to get
up and running.
