This is exactly what happened I am afraid. In your experience was a 
reboot of the server necessary or just killing the multiple sessions
and allowing them to be recreated enough?

Unfortunately, I am very familiar with ut_gather :) I am waiting for
our support contract to be modified so that I can open calls. The
person who purchased our contract left me off the contact list.
