Thank you for this. So the active users will continue working during the
warm-restart or will just be able to pick back up on their session once
the restart is complete?
Yes... their sessions will not disappear. Their in-progress work and running applications will be available.
The SunRay users are always working with customers (24x7) and I don't
want them to lose their desktops until a time when I can schedule a
maintenance window.
