Jason, 14 means your haven't setup any of the security features for SRSS. That's OK. The D means that the Sun Ray got all the information it needed from DHCP.

Did you reboot your server after installing SRSS 3.1 (required) and do you have S10 all up to date from a patch standpoint?

Any interesting messages in /var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages?
