I am having an intermitant issue with one of our remote Sunrays loosing the mouse cursor at times.
Additionally, the user reported that she had a bunch of screens overlaid on top of each other, kind of like a key got stuck or had something set on it and kept spawning new windows. I logged in and did a pkill on the user which got her back to the welcome screen however the mouse cursor did not reappear so I tried another pkill and, initially, no mouse cursor but after a minute or so viola ... mouse cursor. Any idea why this would be happening? It is a brand new Type-7 optical mouse / keyboard combo. Do I try a mouse keyboard combo? Thanks!
