Did you configure any physical interfaces before seeing this issue?.
As per CR#6511219,Device nodes will not be created on a server with
bad interface . The wrokaround from the bug is,

* Please look for error/log messages in /var/adm/messages file and if
there any bad interfaces, please fix them/remove them.
* Restart Sun Ray services
