What would you like to achieve for Non card users ?. If you don't want to
launch firefox and dtterm for Non-card users and but want to launch for
card users then write & configure wrapper scripts as menu applications
which would launch firefox or dtterm for card users and just exits with out
doing anything ( or some message like allowed only for card users)
for Non-Card users.
