This functionality is used by all customer that do remote support for end user. Some time it is a required functionality for deploying Thin Client on no IT environment . BR, Kamal

Hi Guys, A very nice chalenge from future customer :-). They chalenge Sun Ray whether It can have remote controlling (kind a real-time session log). What they mean here is if a user having some problems with their running application (such as SAP client), then administrator can see what is in the user screen.
