I don't think so since utfwadm used for upgrading firmware to only Sun
Ray units.
If you don't want any networks configured on Sun Ray server then run
utfwadm -A -a -V
and send the tftpSrvr value as Sun Ray server from the DHCP server that
provides IP
addresses to Sun Rays.
For details of -V option see the utfwadm man page.

with utadm -A
utfwadm -A -a -n all only works when you have some private interconnect
interfaces configured with utadm -a

I thing that there is something to do on the DHCP server,
It's configured by manually map one IP address to the DTU MAC address
