Unfortunately, there is no way to set MTU from the SRSS server side.

You shouldn't need to ask for vendor specific options to their Windows
DHCP server. Option 66 is a Standard Option.

It's ok to send out the save MTU size to all DHCP clients. The PC's on
the network will not be adversely affected with the MTU setting.

One Option, is to make reservations for the 35 clients. When you make a
reservation in Windows DHCP serer, you may also specify different
Standard Options to give to those reservations.
