2 servers in failover group. Had split for a few weeks while testing OS and SRSS upgrades. Both systems now have same config - at least that's what I want to believe. I put them back together Saturday and everything was working good. Forgot cron job on primary which rebooted server Wednesday night. Now, I can't login to primary... not even from console. Login process accepts loginid, passwd, shows MOTD, then quits back to login prompt. I know the documentation says primary needs to be booted first, followed by any secondaries, but this has not really interferred with normal day-to-day processing in the past. Maybe 3.1 is more sensitive.
