While PSM is correct, there is however a work-around.
You can name a startup file (GPO, Reg run key, All users start group)
that points to a mapped drive. You can scribble what command you want
to run into a text file (i.e. as part of your startup) and when you user
logs in, the startup program will run.
I assume you want to run different commands for different users, can you
give us an example of what you want to do, the type of deployment (kiosk
or a normal session), etc.

Hi,
is there a possibility to run a windows command as part of the uttsc
option?
Do you mean just opening cmd application?.
If yes, you can use uttsc -a <application> option which just gives the
session with the passed application.
If not, there is no way AFAIK..
Thanks
