What you have downloaded is the SRSS 4.0 *beta*. You can use it, but you should be aware that when the official SRSS 4.0 version comes out there will be (as usual) no supported upgrade path from the beta to the final release, and patches released for SRSS 4.0 will not be loadable onto the beta version. The SRSS 4.0 release will probably be available sometime next month. It will be available as one of the components of SRS 4u2, along with SRWC and Desktop Manager.
