I'm having the same problem described in this thread:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02305.html

Basically, after some idle time, the keyboard won't respond until you
either replug it, or replug the power to the DTU. I have Type7 USB
keyboards.

I have a brand-new deployment of 24 SR2FS DTUs and SRSS 3.1 running on
Solaris 10 (x86), using uttsc to connect to a Windows Terminal Server in
CAM kiosk mode.

When I run utquery on my DTU subnet, all return the same firmware
version: MfgPkg_4.15_2006.07.20.16.57. When I run utfwadm -P, it
returns this version: System Version(P1) 3.1_32,REV=2005.08.24.08.55.
So it looks like the currently installed firmware is newer than that
available on my SRSS server.

So my question is in two parts:
1) Will a firmware update help with my "vanishing" keyboard problem?
2) How do I go about getting updated firmware if there is indeed a newer
one available?

Please note I'm relatively new to Solaris, but fairly experienced with
linux.

Thank you.
Seth
