Where are you seeing the "no more IP's" message? Run dhcpmgr on each server to see what is going on. I have had times when IP's were not getting released and marked unusable. Also if you do a cold utrestart does that fix the IP issue.
Just curious, what servers are you using 88 seems overkill for 5 servers.
