That particular icon isn't in the firmware. It's one of half a dozen access-policy related icons that get painted onto the DTU by the server. Even so, there's no supported way to change it. Having the ability to customise those icons wouldn't be a bad RFE but it's not without its drawbacks. If your DTUs show icons that are different from the stock ones then it's hard for people (your users, your admins, your support folks, Sun's support folks) to figure out what's happening when something goes wrong.
