Hi, You've got 2 choices: 1) Reformat flash drive in question in Windows (may help) 2) Discover the beauty of source code:) Download the source from opensolaris.org, find the bug (if it is bug in source and problem is not in wrong formatted flash itself), fix it and share with community.
