That's "SRS 4u2" (officially "SRS 4 9/07") if you're referring to
the collection of products, or "SRSS 4.0" if you want to refer to
the individual product within SRS. I know, I know, it's stupid to
have names that are this close to each other. There are maybe
four people on the planet who think this is a good naming
scheme.

In an attempt to address the issues that were raised during beta
about the possibility of people interfering with or abusing
locally-configured parameters the SRSS 4.0 release delivers two
distinct builds of firmware. One allows local configuration, the
other doesn't. You've loaded the "classic" no-config build into this
DTU, that's why it doesn't recognise Stop-M. The build that allows
local configuration is named something like "GUI4.0_...", you need
to get that build into the DTU if you want to use locally-configured
data.

This is mentioned in the Admin Guide (see the "Pop-up GUI" section
in chapter 7) and in the 'utfwadm' man page, which tells you how
to publish the GUI firmware rather than the classic firmware.
