It's rather easy to accomplish. I guess that almost all ( if not all )
contactless smart card vendors provide an option to choose what contact
smart card chip can be also embedded into card, making it "hybrid".
Just choose SR-supported contact smart card chip (or you can even write
configuration file for this card yourself - ask in this list how to do
it, or search this list - IIRC, Michael "The Lord of Smart Cards" Bender
made a draft of wp:)) that suits your need ( in case you need the
contact one for smth), then choose the contactless chip and ask your
contactless chip vendor to make them "live together in piece" on one
card. If it still ain't clear for you how to do it. I can provide
sample request form which I used recently to do the same thing.
