Hi all,
I have just installed SRSS 4.0 on a Solaris 10 box and connected the
first Sun Ray 2. This works in the local LAN. I would like to give the
new Sun Ray at home feature and a try but have no idea where to start.
• How can I trigger the Sun Ray 2 to download the new firmware? Do I
have to at all or does this happen automatically?
• Which shortcut do I have to press on the Sun Ray to get to the new
popup menu where I can enter the ipaddress of the SRS server?
• How can I enable encryted communication with the Sun Ray?
I googled for some "How to setup a Sun Ray and its server for remote
connections from home" info but got no good hits (only SRS 3.1 stuff).
Pointerns to corresponding documentation or blogs would be appreciated!
