This Sun Ray server is supporting multiple small offices with 1 or 2 Sun
Rays connected by SonicWall VPNs. They are connecting to VDI desktops.
The users are complaining that the Sun Ray will drop their session in
the middle of working, then return to the RDP login screen. It sounds
like a network issue, so I took a look at utcapture:

Those look like high packet loss values, and the latencies do increase
occasionally.
Is there a particular amount of packet loss, or a particular latency,
that will result in a dropped connection?
If they are dropping due to network issues, what would that look like in
the logs so I can be sure that this is the problem?
