Yes, this is easy to do with Kiosk Mode. You will need to define your
own custome Session TYpe. It will be atteed to the session drop doen in
the GUI. This definition will let you launch any script and only have
the basic X server started for you.
See the Kiosk presentation on this post for more details.

You can make it easy on yourself and download this Add-on... http://wiki.sun-rays.org/index.php/SRSS_Addon:_Kiosk_Mode_Generic_Session
and put the name of our script in the arguments field.

Hi sunray-users,
With SRSS 3.x, I was able to run without a window manager. We have a
custom setup which first presents
the user with a web browser, which they login to and then they are
provided with a full screen ICA client.
With SRSS 4.0, I only had CDE and JDS as options for Kiosk Mode. I used
JDS and now I get the Panel
at the bottom and also window decorations around the web browser.
Am I able to tweak any configuration files to remove the window
manager?
This would also solve my issue regarding Gnome intercepting keystrokes
such as Ctrl-Alt-Delete and Ctrl-Esc.
Help, hint or tips would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Aaron
