Hi, I am getting the following issue at one of our clients. Please help me resolving this unusual error.
First issue is regarding the token registration. When we insert a brand new token, token registration window pops up, where we give the username and token is registered but the problem is that it is not replicated onto the secondary servers, so when DTU gets the IP from secondary server, the token registration window again pops up. And if again we give the username it gives an error "Token could not be registered" but the token is present on the primary server and when DTU gets the IP address from the primary server LOGIN SCREEN appears. I hope this is clear. We have looked in the admin guides and we have also created a token reader but still the problem persists.
