What type of router do you have?

As mentioned in another mail I used Solaris machines with accordingly configured IPFilter as NAT routers upto now. Since this did not work I just tried to use a plain LinkSys WRT54GS-De router

        internet ----- DSL-Modem ---- LinkSys ---- Sun Ray

with the same result. The Sun Ray is configured to get its ipaddress via DHCP now. This works. A notebook conncted to the LinkSys can ping servers in the internet, so pppoE login and routing/nating basically works. However, the Sun Ray still gives me 26D!? :-(

 Does said router have a DMZ setting?

I will check that ...
