We tired another method. When the scroll problem happens, hit the SCROLL LOCK key. The indicator light does not come on but the user can use SHIFT + ARROW KEYS as "normal". The multiple copy & paste problem is caused by rdpclip.exe aka Clipboard Redirector in WinXP. I have tried disabling that via GPO and local policy but it will start everytime a user login.
