This may not be the right place to ask, but I've yet to figure out
where the right place may be... If nothing else, maybe someone can
point me in the right direction! :-)

My clients use SunRays in the office and Sun Secure Global Desktop for
remote access. We provide the main software package that they use,
however it calls out to StarOffice for document access and they also use
Evolution for e-mail.

The problem is that I frequently get phone calls about documents that
won't open, e-mail won't come up, etc. Nearly all the time (except when
Evolution occasionally goes haywire and destroys it's config file), it's
because they've forgotten to logout from the OTHER session type (they're
now using the SunRay, but don't realize they forgot to log ALL the way
out of SSGD, etc.)... Documents that they try to open are actually
popping up on the OTHER session that they don't even realize they have
open.

Our software works perfectly fine when run multiple times from the same
login (always appears on the screen that it is launched from), but
apparently StarOffice and Evolution do not in the default
configuration. Is there a way to configure them so that they pop up on
the session/screen that they're launched from instead of the "first"
open session with that username?

Thanks,
Brian
