Thanks for your reply. I've just checked the CD on my desk and it
would appear that I tried to use Sun Ray Connector 1.1, which would
explain why it didn't work.

To be on the safe side I uninstalled it, uninstalled SRSS and
reinstalled SRSS 4.0.

Where can I get a copy of SunRay connector from? I was under the
impression that it as included with SRSS 4.0, although there's no
/opt/SUNWuttsc folder installed on my machine.

Apologies if these questions seem a little simple; I'm new to this entirely.
