At least for Solaris 10, this change cannot possibly be relevant since
the DHCP server is managed by SMF.  The /etc/init.d/dhcp script is just
a placeholder for people looking to manually restart the DHCP server
"the old way".  So the ulimit will only be executed during a "manual"
restart.  There are no links from the rc?.d tree to that script.

I have glanced at the properties of svc:/network/dhcp-server:default
but couldn't see any file descriptor tunable, offhand.
