Well,
i use it, when you mean srs4_demo_kiosk.zip by mplona.
I use it with Windows 2003 Terminalserver and for a default
background picture for not in use Sun Rays (we are working only
with smartcards).
I am really happy about this and we have no problems with it.

P.S.: There was a little bug (not really) in it - it used a polish
keyboard for Windows ...
I changed it for our german keyboards.
