We are already on the job altering our HOWTO to explain all the things
that need to be done for Ubuntu 9.10. Indeed ubuntu uses gdm 2.28 now.
However, we already applied the patches to gdm and consolekit to try to
get SRSS 4.2 running now that gdmdynamic does not exist anymore. But we
are quite optimistic to get everything setup so that we can change our
HOWTO and let you guys know what needs to be done to get SRSS running
with the next upcoming ubuntu release.

regards,
jens
