[SunRay-Users] help sunray 3 not selecting correct monitor resolution

I just started using a Sunray 3 and it is having difficulty select the correct resolution for the monitor. I occasionally had this issue with the Sunray 2 but I would just log off and the Sunray (DTU) would automatically reset to the correct resolution. The Sunray 3 is not behaving the same way.
