seems maybe you have a stale prams file in tftpboot. I don't see where you ran
utfwadm with the -V option. Anyway, check your SunRayP8.parms for a version
key/value pair with the "old" version string. As long as the DTU firmware finds
it's current version string in the parms file, it will not update.
