I'm getting confused so I thought I'd ask the group.

When I log in to MOS and try to download a SRSS-related patch [say, 140993-06],
I get a message that says I don't have the privilege of downloading that patch;
I need "Software" access.

When I look at the details of my CSIDs, they all say the same thing in the
"Patch Download Access" field:

Operating System
Firmware
Public

I'm assuming that if I had the "Software" access that the error message is
telling me about, it would say "Software" in the "Patch Download Access" field.

Am I correct?

If so, what do I need to order on my maintenance contract to get "Software"
access? Maybe I'm not using the right terminology when I communicate with
Oracle but so far this seemingly simply answer has eluded me.

Thanks.

Scott
