The problem I was experiencing was caused by a mismatch in file name
between the install script and the file
Components/10-SRSS/Content/Sun_Ray_Core_Services_4.3/Solaris_10+/sparc/Packages/SUNWutr/reloc/var/opt/SUNWutsvt-req.
I simply renamed the file to
streq.urn:uuid:c2278e2a-4fc4-11de-9d26-080020a9ed93 and that fixed the
problem.
