No, it was a test on a root server without the possibility to install the os by yourself. So somewhere in the process from switching from CentOS to OL and then down to 6.3.

but utpkgcheck did not complain about it.

utpkgcheck assumes that the Desktop group of RPMs has been installed, and can't fully sanity-check random missing or corrupted packages from the base OS.
