Art,

I'm not sure I have the same exact problem for three reasons:

- I didn't see a packet with the RST flag [what did it look like in snoop?]

- My problem happens every 15 minutes like clockwork [with some exceptions]

- We just found another device behind the FW that appeared to be using the same
IP; hopefully when we fix this problem the disconnect problem will go away. In
fact, you might want to check your network to make sure you also don't have a
duplicate IP problem. My TC in this case is statically addressed to make our
InfoSec happy [hard to do narrow FW rules with dynamic IPs].

Subject: EXT :[SunRay-Users] SRS + Firewall + TC: port question

Scott:

This situation is to similar to mine to ignore. Please create an SR and
reference mine, 3-7295573791. What I see in a snoop at the time of the reset is
a packet with the RST flag set in the header. The Sun Ray resets instantly.

Blane is working my SR. Progress has been slow since we can't cause the reset
at will.
