Dear All, Merry Christmas,
We have sun ray fail over group of 3 nodes. Which are giving the windows terminal server (Windows server 2008 R2) sessions. We face sometimes, complete black out on whole sun ray sessions. Every time a cold restart of all sun ray servers from web admin GUI fix this issue. Collected output of Utgather script has attached.
