I'm glad, but I hope I provide you much less enjoyment after I buy a new G4.
I'm much closer to making a new purchase after the contrast of my
problematic s900 against the smooth experience of my new iBook. The iBook
decision was easy because all the features I wanted came together right when
my s900 died and I needed an emergency computer. My wish list included the
1024x768 screen in a small form factor with firewire and CD-r.

Did I mention that I spent ten hours last week trying to get a Firewire card
to work? That one will remain an unsolved mystery. I could write a book on
all the problems I've had recently with my Mac.
