I've been thinking about getting a video card for my C500 since I've read that the on-board video is not so good and that a PCI card will make a significant increase in the apparent speed of the OS 8.6 computer (mostly my wife uses it for eBay--IE 5.1-- and word processing).
Searching the Web, so far I've located two cards that sound interesting: The TwinTurbo 128 8 MB and the ATI Xclaim GA 4 MB (is the difference in MB significant?). I would appreciate any comments on whether either of these cards would be a good addition, or whether my wife will just go "ho hum" and not notice any additional speed. Thanks in advance for your comments. Spence -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
