I think my email to them was very clear and quite polite at the time. I can probably dig out a copy if folks would like to read it. If you would like I would be happy to have you ask them for my $800 back. If they return it, I'll happily admit they're a fine company. But one successful transaction does not mean that they aren't a bunch of thieves. Your purchase may simply not have been large enough to be worth stealing.
