If I am not mistaken, some folks have extracted the OPEN GL extension. I forget the routine, which isn't just a matter of dragging over the OPEN GL extension. Hopefully someone will reply with more detail.

It will allow you to extract the OpenGL from the 9.2.2 files from the CD.
