I can't speak to G4 700 or 800 but my Sonnet G4 450 has never had any problems with OS X 10.2.2, installed with the Sonnet installer. What does Sonnet say about it? I'm pretty sure they advertise all the Crescendo cards as able to run OS X, and I've found their tech support friendly and knowledgeable.
