Surprising to me at least speeds haven't gone up much at all since Newtech went bankrupt. They closed on Dec 28, 2000. The fastest G3 PCI upgrade was G3 500 MHz . The G4 PCI upgrade fastest was 450 MHz. There were G4 450 & 500 MHz Zif's which could be used in a Carrier card in the Umax machines. Info is from everymac.com Will S
