You might verify that the version number of the extensions match the version number of the program you are using. And, perhaps drag Stuffit's preference file to the trash and restart the computer.
If that does not fix the problem, delete all traces of the program, its extensions and preference files, then reinstall it. (and update it if necessary)
Stuffit is a relatively small program. Reinstalling it may be quicker than doing a lot of troubleshooting.
