I think it may depend on what OS you're running. I have 10.3.7 on my S900 which is plugged into a Belkin Wireless Router. I have 2 printers: an Epson Stylus 1270 (USB) plugged into the S900 and an old HP LaserJet 4 Plus with a network card plugged into the Router. I also have 2 PowerBooks with Airport and Airport Extreme cards. The LaserJet is available to all machines on the network. But so is the Stylus 1270 --which is just plugged into the S900 (or now plugged into one of the PowerBooks). If you're running OSX you can open the preference panes and go to *Sharing* and turn on printer sharing. You may have to restart, but your other machines, on which you should also turn on the printer sharing, should find the printer. So it very possible to have everything available on the network.
