What was going on when you "lost" the S900?

Hi All.
I am having trouble getting my S900 to boot up. I know it's not the
monitor or the video card because they work in an other system. I
removed all the extra cards and the memory. Put back the original
processor and tried to start up from an external scsi. The external
scsi also works on another system. The start-up chime goes but nothing
else happens. I am wondering if it might be the motherboard. Anybody
have any ideas?
Many Thanks.
