I'm attempting to get the XML-RPC interface working in supervisor 3.0.8a-1 in
Ubuntu Lucid (10.04LTS).

I've setup the following in the supervisor config file:

[inet_http_server]
port = 127.0.0.1:9001
username = user
password = 123

I then attempt to contact it via the python xmlrpclib:

>>> x = xmlrpclib.ServerProxy('http://user:[email protected]:9001/')
>>> x
<ServerProxy for user:[email protected]:9001/>
>>> x.system.listMethods()
Traceback (most recent call last):

    return self.__send(self.__name, args)

    return u.close()
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 836, in close
    raise ResponseError()
xmlrpclib.ResponseError: ResponseError()
>>>

###########

Watching the response via tcpdump, I notice that the response looks like it's
sending back a regular html response.

Any pointers at what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks.
