Hello Sebastian, frame rate may depend on several factors. The simplest of all is just exposure time - the frame period can not be less than exposure time, so if it is the case you need to either open the lens aperture more (if it is not completely open already) and/or increase the analogue gain (i.e. with a slider with green star icon)
In the camera interface - what frame rate does it show in the top line? And what color is it - green or red (red means exposure-limited)? And what are you other settings: frame size, decimation and binning (if any), compression quality (and frame size in KB) ? Andrey
