SM2 "Do this automatically for files like this from now on" bug

Even though I have this option set, I still keep getting this dialog 
every time, for every type of file I have this option set for:

        <pobox.com/~jwjr/SMbug.jpg>
Is there some other setting I'm missing, or should I BZ it?  -JW
